摘 要:探讨改性涤纶混纺针织纱的纺纱工艺。针对高档针织面料用纱的质量要求,依据纤维特性,选用细特涤纶纤维、吸湿排汗双抗纤维、Cooldry纤维作为原料,并确定出恰当的混纺比;制定合理的纺纱工艺路线和各工序纺纱工艺参数,细纱采用赛络纺技术;优选关键纺纱器材型号,如针布、胶辊、钢丝圈,喂入喇叭口隔距等,并严格控制好各工序温湿度。通过采取一系列技术措施,最终顺利生产出细特涤纶/吸湿排汗双抗纤维/Cooldry纤维40/30/30 14.8 tex针织纱,其质量指标达到产品开发设计要求。Spinning technology measures of modified polyester blended knitting yarn were discussed. According to quality demands of yarn used by high grade knitting fabric and fiber properties, fine polyester fiber, wicking anti-pilling fiber and Cooldry fiber were selected as raw material, better blending ratio was optimized. Rational spinning process was selected and processing parameters were optimized in each process. Siro spinning technology was used in spinning process. Key spinning components were optimized such as card clothing, rubber-covered roll, ring traveler, bell distance, temperature and humidity were controlled strictly. Through adopting the above technology measures, finally fine polyester fiber/wicking anti-pilling fiber/Cooldry fiber 40/30/30 14.8 rex knitting yarn can be spun successfully ,the yarn quality can be reached design demands of product development.
