细特高密粘胶贡缎织物的生产实践

摘　　要：总结细特高密粘胶贡缎织物的生产要点。介绍了粘胶纤维的性能和纱线物理指标，对织部各工序生产工艺进行了试验优选。总结了整经工序中应采取的几项技术措施；浆纱工序进行三次试验，分析并优化了工艺参数；上机工艺采取“小开口、小张力、低气压”的工艺原则，最大限度地控制和保护好经纬纱强力和伸长，努力减少织造过程中断经、断纬停台，提高产品质量和生产效率，最终保证了纯粘胶细特高密贡缎品种的成功生产，织机效率达75％～84％。Production key points of fine count high density viscose satin fabric were summarized. Viscose fiber property and yarn physical indexes were introduced. Production processing parameters in each process were tested and optimized. Several technical measures were summarized in warping process. There are three tests in sizing process,pro- cessing parameters were analyzed and optimized. Production technique of smaller shed ＆ less tension ＆ lower air pres- sure was adopted. Strength and elongation of warp and weft were controlled and protected maximize. Stop caused by bro- ken warp and weft should be reduced,product quality and production efficiency should be increased. Finally fine count high density viscose satin fabric can be produced successfully ,loom efficiency can be reached from 75% to 84%.
