摘　　要：CDRS咨询团队知识整合是一个开放式结构,既需要知识捕获多方混合整合过程,也需要吸收能力的CDRS知识整合过程,共同作用于CDRS咨询团队知识创新,进而构建CDRS咨询团队知识整合流程模型。该模型由多方混合知识整合、知识整合能力、知识整合绩效三个基本环节构成,三者之间相互依存、相互作用,组成了CDRS咨询团队知识整合的螺旋式运动,不断地提升整个CDRS组织知识整合绩效的效果。The knowledge integration of CDRS consulting team is an open structure, which requires both knowledge captures the multi hybrid integration process and absorptive capacity is also needed by the CDRS knowledge integration process, they together act on the knowledge innovation of CDRS consulting team, and then build the CDRS consulting team knowledge integration process model. The model consists of multi hybrid knowledge integration, knowledge integration capability and knowledge integration performance and the mutual dependent and interacting three links form the spiral movement of CDRS consulting team knowledge integration to enhance the entire performance effect of CDRS organization knowledge integration
