摘  要:目的探讨在节假日期间实施无缝隙护理管理的效果。方法实施节假日无缝隙管理,比较实施前后节假日期间的患者满意度、医师对护士的满意度、护理质量及护理缺陷及投诉的发生率,进行效果评价。结果实施后患者满意度由实施前的90%上升至98%,医师对护士的满意度由实施前的83.63%上升至96.36%,护理质量较实施前有明显提高(P<0.05);差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理缺陷或投诉明显降低,由实施前的7例降至实施后的1例。结论实施节假日期间无缝隙护理管理,提高了患者及医师的满意度,提升了节假日期间的护理质量,有效地保证节假日护理安全,同时培养一批护理骨干,有利于护理管理人才的成长和储备。Objective To explore the effects of implementing seamless management in nursing quality con-trol during festivals and holidays .Methods Seamless management during festival and holiday was implemented . The effects of it were evaluated by comparing the index of nursing quality , patients'satisfaction degree , and doctors'satisfaction degree to nurse , nursing defect and complaint rate during festivals and holidays before and after the im-plementing the seamless management .Results After implementing seamless management , patients'satisfaction degree increased from 90%to 98%, doctors'satisfaction degree increased from 83 .63%to 96 .36%, nursing qual-ity was raised obviously ( P〈0 .05 );nursing defect and complaints decreased significantly from seven cases before the implementation to one case after the implementation .Conclusion The implementation of seamless nursing management during festivals and holidays can improve nursing quality , raise the satisfaction degree of patients and doctors and ensure nursing safety .
