利奈唑胺治疗重症肺炎35例疗效观察和护理对策

摘　　要：【目的】观察利奈唑胺治疗重症肺炎的临床疗效及其不良反应，探讨其护理措施。【方法】35例患者给予利奈唑胺600 mg静脉滴注，12 h一次，疗程7～14 d ，采取加强用药护理、药物不良反应的观察及护理、心理护理等护理措施后，观察治疗效果及不良反应。【结果】35患者例患者中，治愈24例（68．6％）、显效7例（20．0％），有效31例（88．6％），进步3例（8．6％），无效1例（2．8％），不良反应发生1例（2．8％），为血小板下降。【结论】运用综合护理的方法，可以提高治愈率，改善患者生存质量。[Objective]To observe the clinical efficacy and adverse effects of linezolid for the treatment of severe pneumonia ,and to explore the nursing measures .[Methods] Totally 35 patients were given intravenous infusion of linezolid 600mg every 12 h .The course of treatment was 7~ 14d .The medication nursing was strengthened ,and drug adverse reaction was observed ,and the nursing measures such as nursing and psycho-logical nursing were taken .The efficacy and adverse reactions were observed .[Results]Of 35 patients ,24 pa-tients（68 .6% ） were cured ,and 7 patients（20% ） were excellent ,and 31 patients（88 .6% ） were effective ,and 3 patients（8 .6% ） were progressive ,and 1 patient（2 .8% ） was invalid （2 .8% ） ,and 1 patient（2 .8% ） had ad-verse reactions such as the decreasing of platelet .[Conclusion] Comprehensive nursing can increase the cura-tive rate and improve the quality of life of patients .
