摘　　要：生态文明是人类文明发展的一个新阶段,是工业文明以后的世界伦理社会化的文明形态。把生态文明建设放在突出地位,对建设美丽中国、实现中华民族永续发展具有重要意义。生态文明的核心是人与自然的关系;注重物质生产、人口生产以外的第三种生产——环境生产,是生态文明建设的本质;生态文明建设的关键应是人与自然环境和谐相处,取得社会效益、经济效益、环境效益的一致,使人类社会持续科学地发展。Ecological civilization is a new phase of the development for human civilization, and the ethical social world civilization after industrial civilization.The ecological civilization construction in a prominent position, to build beautiful China, implementation of the Chinese nation is of great significance.The core of ecoiogical civilization is the relationship between man and nature, this paper deliberately puts forward and expounds, in two kinds of production （material production, population production）, the third production-environmental production, as the support for the construction of ecological civilization.The key to the construction of ecological civilization is to the harmonious coexistence of man and natural environment, the social benefits, ecomomic benefits, environmental benefits of consistency, the human society sustainable development of science.
