摘　　要：根据江苏省高校学报编辑队伍建设的调查结果,对其现状进行统计与比较研究。讨论了江苏省高校学报编辑队伍配置存在问题及其原因,提出加强高校学报编辑队伍建设的措施和建议。According to the journals of colleges and universities in Jiangsu province, editing team construction survey on the current situation of statistics and comparative study are conducted.Editing team configuration problems and the reasons in journals of colleges and universities in Jiangsu province are discussed .Measures and suggestions are put forward to strengthen the construction of university journal editing teams.
