摘　　要：为了提高图书馆文献采访工作质量及效率,有效利用图书馆经费、优化文献资源的数量及结构,分析研究采访工作的原则、方法、流程,探讨了高校图书馆文献采访工作的原则、方式及重点。As an elementary work of college library management, library literature acquisition is the most important part in the course of library resource construction.No matter in the micro-level of improving the quality and efficiency of document acquisition, or in the macro-level of optimizing the quantity and structure of the literature resources by using certain library budget, these principles, methods and procedures analyzing and researching document acquisition are of profound and long-term significance for the construction of library literature resources.
