摘　　要：在高校积极推进思想政治教育进公寓的新形势下,积极培育优秀的公寓文化并充分发挥其育人功能显得尤为重要。本文旨在通过对思想政治工作者在公寓思想文化管理实践中的功能进行科学定位,充分发挥思想政治工作者在公寓思想文化管理实践中的积极作用,推动健康、文明、和谐的优秀高雅公寓思想文化的形成和作用发挥。Under the new situation of the universities which carry forward the ideological and political education into the student apartment, the cultivation of excellent apartment culture and to play its edu- cational function is of great importance. This thesis aims to give ideological and political educator a sci- entific orientation from the management practice of the ideological and political education in the student apartment, to give ideological and political educator full scope during the management process of the i- deological and political education, to promote the formation of a healthy, civilized, harmonious and ele- gant apartment ideological culture.
