摘 要:目的研究机械辅助通气对重症监护室急性左心衰竭患者抢救的效果。方法选择2008年到2012年间对我院接诊的60名ICU急性左心衰竭患者进行随机分组,实验组30人采用无创机械通气治疗,对照组30人采用有创机械通气疗法。比较分析两组的临床治疗效果。结果 60例患者中5例抢救无效,有效患者33例、显效患者22例,总有效率为91.6%。实验组和对照组在改善pH、PO2、SpO2方面有明显差异,P<0.05。结论机械通气疗法对ICU急性左心衰竭患者的抢救有非常理想的效果,具有临床应用价值。Objective To study the effect of mechanical ventilation in the rescue of intensive care unit (ICU) patients with acute left ventricular failure. Methods Sixty ICU patients with acute left ventricular failure in our hospital from 2008 to 2012 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 30 cases in each group. Patients in the experimental group were treated with noninvasive mechanical ventilation, while patients in the control group were treated with invasive mechanical ventilation. The clinical outcomes were compared between two groups. Results Among 60 patients, the total effective rate was 91.6% (55/60), with 5 cases of death, 33 cases of effective, and 22 cases of significantly effective. In the improvement of pH, PO2 and SpO2, the experimental group was superior to the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (all P 〈0.05). Conclusions Mechanical ventilation therapy for ICU patients with acute left ventricular failure has very good results, which is worthy of clinical application.
