早期综合康复治疗对颅脑损伤患者神经功能恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨早期综合康复治疗对颅脑损伤患者神经功能恢复的影响,探索颅脑损伤患者的治疗的最佳方法,为临床治疗工作给予参考和借鉴。方法以我院2010年6月1日到2013年6月1日神经外科收治的颅脑损伤患者460例为研究对象,随机分成两组各230例,观察组采用早期综合康复治疗加上常规药物治疗,对照组采用常规药物治疗。对所有患者进行评估,分别在入院时、出院时二个时段,使用日常生活活动能力等系统进行评估。结果观察组治疗总有效率为75.22%,显著高于对照组的57.83%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后ADL评分均高于治疗前,两组治疗前后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的评分明显高于对照组治疗后评分,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在治疗颅脑损伤患者时,进行早期综合康复治疗,不仅可以极大地促进神经功能的恢复,而且可以减少并发症,早期综合康复治疗有积极的意义,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the effect of early comprehensive rehabilitation therapy to neurological functional recovery in patients with craniocerebral injury, and explore the best way to treat patients with traumatic brain injury, so as to provide reference for clinical work. Methods Patients with craniocerebral injury in our hospital from June I, 2010 to June i, 2013 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups, with 230 cases in each group. Patients in the observation group received the conventional medicine therapy combined with early comprehensive rehabilitation, while patients in the control group received conventional medicine therapy only. All patients were evaluated in the activity of daily living at the time of admission and the time of discharge. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 75.22%, significantly higher than 57.83% of control group （P 〈0.05）. The ADL score after therapy was significantly higher than that before therapy in both groups （P 〈0.05）, and the ADL score in observation group after therapy was significantly higher than that in control group after therapy （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions For patients with traumatic brain injury, early comprehensive rehabilitation therapy can not only significantly promote neurological functional recovery, but also can reduce the complications. Early comprehensive rehabilitation therapy has positive significance, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
