摘　　要：脱细胞真皮基质(acellular dermal matrix,ADM)是异体或异种皮经过特殊处理制备而成的新型真皮移植替代材料,目前在烧伤创面修复、整形美容、皮肤软组织缺损等方面得到广泛应用。本文就ADM在临床研究及应用进展进行综述。Acellular dermal matrix （ADM）, as a newly developed dermal substitute graft, is derived from cadaveric skin or exogenic sources by elaborate processing. ADM has been widely used in the repair of burn wound, cosmetic, skin and soft tissue defect. This review focused on the advance of ADA in clinical research and application.
