摘  要:针对生物柴油燃烧过程中产生的羟基类、芳香烃类和金属粒子等非常规污染物,根据羟基类理化性质特点,提出了采用衍生化法结合高效液相色谱技术,对羰基类物质进行样品采集、前处理和分离的测量方法。针对芳香烃物质,提出了运用活性炭吸附管和气相色谱-质谱技术对芳香烃物质进行定性定量分析的方法。并对相对标准偏差、定量标准曲线进行了理论分析,实现了柴油机羰基类、芳香烃类物质的快速、准确测定。通过采集柴油机不同运行时间的润滑油样本,提出了采用扫描电子显微镜,配合X射线能谱的方法,探讨了金属粒子的来源,总结了柴油机润滑油中金属粒子种类和数量的变化规律,为柴油机非常规污染物研究提供了有效的测量方法。In view of the carbonyl and aromatic hydrocarbons, metallic and other unregulated emissions produced by biodiesel, the sampling, pretreatment and separation methods for carbonyl materials are proposed, using the derivatization with high effective liquid chromatography according to the physical and chemical characteristics. Activated carbon adsorption tube and gas chromatography /mass spectrometry is proposed to analyze qualitatively and quantitatively aromatic hydrocarbons. It proves that the relative standard deviation (RSD) and the recovery rate can meet the measurement requirements, bringing the rapid and accurate measurement of carbonyl and aromatic hydrocarbons of the diesel engine. Collecting the lubricating oil samples of different running time, the paper discusses the sources of metal particle, adopting scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X - ray spectroscopy, concludes the changes of lubricant oil absorbance and the type and quantity of metal elements, and provides a effective measure methods on unregulated emissions.
