高通量血液透析治疗老年慢性肾衰竭的疗效

摘　　要：目的分析高通量血液透析在老年性慢性肾衰竭患者中的疗效。方法选取2008年12月—2012年12月于我院血液净化中心进行血液透析的患者64例,分为高通量组和常规组,各40例和24例,分别采用高通量透析方式和血液透析滤过方式进行血液透析,对比两组透析前与透析后6个月相关指标变化情况和并发症情况。结果治疗前两组血钙(Ca)、血磷(P)、血红蛋白(Hb)、血肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)以及β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)、三酰甘油(TG)、血浆清蛋白(ALB)比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗6个月后两组Ca指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其他相关指标均改善,Hb、ALB均出现升高,P、Scr、BUN、β2-MG、TG均降低,但高通量组改善优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高通量的血液透析方式在老年慢性肾衰竭的治疗中效果显著,值得推广。Objective To analyze the effect of high-flux hemodialysis for senile chronic renal failure.Methods 64 hemodialysis patients from Dec 2007 to Dec 2012 in our hospital,were divided into high-flux group and convention group,40 cases and 24 cases in each group.The high-flux group was treated with high-flux hemodialysis,and the convention group was treated with common hemodialysis.To compare the effect and complication of these two groups.Results The results of Ca,P,Hb,Scr,BUN,β2-MG,TG,ALB before treatment between the two groups was not difference statistically significant（P＞0.05）.To the except result of Ca after six months was difference statistically significant in these two groups（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Senile chronic renal failure were treated with high-flux hemodialysis is effective to extend in clinic.
