小儿智力糖浆治疗儿童多动症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察小儿智力糖浆治疗儿童多动症的临床疗效。方法将124例多动症儿童随机分为治疗组和对照组各62例。治疗组用小儿智力糖浆治疗,对照组予盐酸哌甲酯治疗,观察2组临床疗效和不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率为88.71%高于对照组的70.97%,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小儿智力糖浆的治疗效果明显好于盐酸哌甲酯的治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of infantile intelligence syrup in attention deficient disorder. Methods 124 cases patients with attention deficient disorder were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each of 62 cases. Treatment group was treated by infantile intelligence syrup. Control group was treated by methylphenidate hydrochloride. After treatment, compared the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of 2 groups. Results The total effective of treatment group （ 88.71% ） was higher than that of control group （ 71.11% ）, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion Infantile intelligence syrup in attention deficient disorder has an good effect, worthy of clinical application.
