摘　　要：介绍了一种新型结构的中子水分计，包括水分响应曲线的理论计算、实验研究结果。This paper introduces a kind of neutron moisture gauge with new structure. The calculation of its response curve ,the result of some experiments on it,the system's calibration curve by experiment and its correcting coefficient are listed.
