气囊仿生助产术的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨气囊仿生助产术在产科分娩中的临床应用效果。方法选择2012年09月~2013年12月于本院产科分娩的100例产妇作为研究对象,将上述产妇随机分为两组,对照组（50例）采取常规自然分娩,观察组（50例）采用全自动仿生助产仪助产分娩,比较两组的分娩方式、产程及围产情况。结果观察组的剖宫产率为4.0%,总产程时间（5.4±2.4）h,产后出血率为4.0%,新生儿窒息率为4.0%,上述各项观察指标均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论气囊仿生助产术能缩短产程,减轻产妇痛苦,降低母婴并发症的发生率,提高自然分娩率,值得临床推广借鉴。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of air-bag midwifery in obstetric delivery. Methods 100 cases of puerperas were selected as research object,who delivered in our hospital obstetrics from September 2012 to Decem- ber 2013.The puerperas were divided into 2 groups randomly.Conventional spontaneous delivery was taken by control group （50 cases）.Bionic midwifery automatic instrument was used to observation group （36 cases）.Delivery mode,birth process and perinatal conditions between the two groups were compared. Results In the observation group,the cesarean section rate was 4.0%,the total labor time was（5.4＋2.4）h,the postpartum hemorrhage rate was 4.0%,and the neonatal as- phyxia rate was 4.0%.The observation indicators were all significantly better than that of control group,and the differ- ence was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Bionic air-bag midwifery makes birth process short and reduces maternal pain,it also reduces maternal complications and improves the spontaneous delivery rate,which is worthy of ref- erence for clinical promotion.
