0.05%丙酸氟替卡松乳膏治疗儿童湿疹的近期临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察0.05%丙酸氟替卡松乳膏治疗儿童湿疹的近期临床效果。方法将80例儿童湿疹患者随机分为治疗组(外用0.05%丙酸氟替卡松乳膏,1次/d);对照组(外用0.1%糠酸莫米松乳膏,1次/d);两组各40例,用药疗程均为2周。观察两组患者用药后1、2周的临床疗效。结果用药后1周治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为60.0%、37.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。用药后2周治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为82.5%、52.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者用药后均无严重不良反应发生。结论外用0.05%丙酸氟替卡松乳膏比外用0.1%糠酸莫米松乳膏2周治疗儿童湿疹的疗效佳、安全性好,是临床治疗儿童湿疹疗效较好的方法之一。Objective To observe the recent clinical effect child eczema. Methods 80 child patients with eczema were of 0.05% fluticasone propionate cream in the treatment of evenly divided into treatment group （0.05% fluticasone pro- pionate cream for external use,one per day） and control group （0.1% mometasone furoate cream for external use,one per day） in random.The course of treatment was both 2 weeks and the clinical effects one and two weeks after medication in both groups were observed. Results One week after therapy,the total effective rate in the treatment group and control group was 60.0% and 37.5% with significant difference （P〈0.05）.After two weeks,the total effective rate was 82.5% and 52.5% in the treatment group and control group respectively,which displayed a statistical difference （P〈0.05）.There was no serious adverse reaction occurred in both groups after medication. Conclusion After two-week treatment of child eczema,external use of 0.05% fluticasone propionate cream can obtain a more favorable curative effect and better safety in comparison with 0.1% mometasone furoate cream,which is a preferable approach to treat child eczema in clinic.
