摘　　要：目的规范门急诊处方点评工作,促进临床合理用药。方法对本院2012年1月~2013年12月的门急诊处方点评并进行分析。结果 2012年门急诊处方合格率为97.62%,2013年门急诊处方合格率上升到98.92%,平均每张处方用药品种数由2012年的2.63下降到2013年的2.45,抗菌药物使用率、注射剂使用率由2012年的32.00%、26.83%下降到2013年的30.83%、25.94%。结论通过持续处方点评,本院门急诊处方的质量有所提高,但抗菌药物使用率、注射剂应用率还有待进一步干预。Objective To standardize the work of comments on outpatient and emergency prescription to promote clini- Cal rational drug use. Methods Outpatient and emergency prescription from 2012 to 2013 in our hospital was com- mented and analyzed. Results The qualified rate of outpatient and emergency prescription was 97.62% in 2012,and it rised to 98.92% in 2013.The average of variety number for each prescription decreased from 2.63 in 2012 to 2.45 in 2013.The usage of antimicrobial drugs, injection rate from 32% in 2012, 26.83% in 2013 dropped to 30.83%, 25.94%. Con- clusion The quality of outpatient and emergency prescription have been improved by the construction on the system of continual prescription evaluation,however,the usage rate of antibiotics and injections needs to be further intervened.
