臭氧联合药物治疗阴道炎的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察臭氧联合药物治疗阴道炎的临床效果。方法选取阴道炎患者360例,随机分成观察组与对照组,每组各180例,观察组使用臭氧联合药物治疗,对照组给予药物治疗。结果观察组VVC、TV、BV的治愈率分别与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05、P<0.01、P<0.01);观察组VVC、TV、BV的总有效率分别与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论臭氧联合药物治疗阴道炎效果显著,尤其适合于治疗BV、TV。Objective To observe the clinical effect of ozone combined with drug in the treatment of vaginitis. Methods 360 patients with vaginitis were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control guoup,and each group had 180 cases.The observation group was treated by ozone combined with drug, and the control group was treated by only drug. Results The cure rate of VVC,TV,BV in the observation group was compared with that in the con- trol group,and there was a statistical difference between the two groups （P〈O.OS,P〈O.O1,P〈O.O1）;the total effective rate of VVC,TV,BV in the observation group was compared with that in the control group and there was a statistical differ- ence between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Ozone combined with drug treating vaginitis has a significant effect to,especially suitable for the treatment of BV,TV.
