锁定加压钢板治疗GustiloⅠ、Ⅱ型尺桡骨开放性骨折的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨锁定加压钢板治疗GustiloⅠ、Ⅱ型尺桡骨开放性骨折的临床效果。方法选取2011年3月~2013年2月到本院就诊治疗的GustiloⅠ、Ⅱ型尺桡骨开放性骨折患者30例,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用锁定加压钢板进行复位治疗,对照组采用常规钛合金钢板进行复位治疗。两组患者入院后均采用相同的常规止血、输液、抗菌治疗。于12个月后对两组进行总体效果评价。结果手术12个月后治疗组的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论锁定加压钢板治疗GustiloⅠ、Ⅱ型尺桡骨开放性骨折具有良好的临床效果,患者受益良多,值得临床推广。Objective To study the clinical effect of locking compression plate in the treatment of Gustilo I and H open fractures of ulna and radius.Methods 30 cases of patients with Gustilo I and II open fractures of ulna and ra- dius admitted to our hospital from March 2011 to February 2013 were selected,who were randomly divided into treat- ment group and control group.Patients of the treatment group were received the reduction treatment of locking compres- sion plate,while patients of the control group were received the reduction treatment of conventional titanium alloy steel plate.Patients of both two groups were received the same conventional treatments including hemostasis,transfusion and anti-bacteria.The overall effect of surgical treatment in two groups was compared after 12 months treatment.Results Af- ter 12 months treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The locking compression plate has good clinical effects in the treatment of Gustilo I and II open fractures of ulna and radius,with enormous benefits,it is worth being widely ap- plied in the clinical practice.
