盐酸左西替利嗪片联用0.05%丙酸氟替卡松乳膏治疗慢性湿疹的近期临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察口服盐酸左西替利嗪片联合外用0.05%丙酸氟替卡松乳膏治疗慢性湿疹的近期临床效果。方法将78例慢性湿疹患者随机分为治疗组(口服盐酸左西替利嗪片5 mg,1次/d,另外用0.05%丙酸氟替卡松乳膏);对照组(单纯外用0.05%丙酸氟替卡松乳膏)。疗程均为4周,观察两组的临床疗效。结果治疗组的总有效率为51.3%,对照组为28.2%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者均无严重不良反应发生。结论口服盐酸左西替利嗪片联合外用0.05%丙酸氟替卡松乳膏比单纯外用0.05%丙酸氟替卡松乳膏治疗慢性湿疹的效果好,副作用少,是临床治疗慢性湿疹较好的方法之一。Objective To observe the nearby clinical effect of oral levocetirizine dihydrochloride tablet combined with 0.05% fluticasone propionate cream for external use treating chronic eczema. Methods 78 patients with chronic eczema were randomly divided into the treatment group （oral levocetirizine dihydrochloride tablet 5 mg,1 time a day combined with 0.05% fluticasone propionate cream for external use） and the control group （only 0.05% flutieasone propionate cream for external use）,the course was all 4 weeks.The clinical curative effect of the two groups was observed. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 51.3% while it was 28.2% in the control group,and there was a sta- tistical difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）;there was no serious adverse reaction in the two groups. Conclusion levoeetirizine dihydroehloride tablet combined with 0.05% flutieasone propionate cream for external use with fewer ad- verse reaction has better effect compared with only 0.05% flutieasone propionate cream for external use in the treat- ment of chronic eczema.h is one of the better methods of treating chronic eczema in elinie.
