摘　　要：分析公共危机事件网络舆情统计数据特征,以网络信息量为建模对象,构建网络舆情预测问题的微分方程模型并利用MATALB数值仿真进行实证研究,然后研究模型的数学预测方法、经验预测方法及综合预测方法等三种预测方法,以宏观预测视角为政府应对公共危机事件网络舆情提供参考依据。The paper Analyzed of public crisis network public opinion statistics characteristic, taking the network information for modeling object, constructing the network public opinion prediction problem of differential equation model and use the MATALB numerical simulation for empirical research, and then studied the mathematical model of forecasting methods, experience prediction method and comprehensive prediction method, three prediction method to predict the macro perspective for the government to deal with public crisis network public opinion to provide reference.
