关于CNMARC的3--字段改革的必要性与可行性研究

摘　　要：中国机读目录(CNMARC)的3--字段与《国际标准书目著录》(ISBD)附注项之间存在着对应关系,为此图书馆界建议对CNMARC的3--字段进行适当的改革,用300、327和330字段来替代现行CNMARC的35个附注字段,这样既不会导致编目数据的质量下降,也不会影响到读者对书目数据的利用,更重要的是如此改革更方便编目员操作,能够避免错用字段现象的发生。There is the corresponding relation between the 3-- field in China Machine Readable Catalogue （CNMARC） and the annotation item in International Standard Biliographic Description （ISBD）, so the library circle suggests reforming the 3--field in CNMARC, replace the existing 35 annotation fields in CNMARC with 300 field, 327 field and 330 field. The reform would not lead to the quality decline of cataloging data and affect the use of bibliographic data of readers, more importantly, such reform is more convenient for catalogers to operate and could avoid the phenomenon of misusing the field.
