摘　　要：十六大以来,我国农业农村政策发生重大调整,出台了11个指导"三农"工作的一号文件和一个《重要决定》。本文对上述12个文件中的涉农科技政策进行了梳理总结分析,厘清政策演变脉络,并在此基础上对新时期中央涉农科技政策的发展趋势提出了一些思考。There are major adjustments of China＇s rural and agricultural policies after the 16th National Congress of the CPC. The cen- tral government issued 11 No. 1 Central Documents （2004--2014） and the document about ＂the decision＂ （2008） to guide the work of ＂Agriculture, Countryside, Farmer＂ . This paper analyzes the science and technology policies about the ＂Agriculture, Country- side, Farmer＂ in the 12 documents, and clarifies the evolution of policies and makes some research on the development trends of poli- cies in the new period.
