摘  要:针对本煤层瓦斯抽采钻孔封孔质量差、抽采浓度低、有效抽采周期短和抽采后期漏风严重的技术难题,研究了聚氨酯封孔及水泥封孔的特性,提出了“两堵一注”式顺层钻孔封孔新技术,阐述了该技术的基本原理和工艺参数.在平煤十矿戊8.9-20230工作面进行了工业试验,结果表明“两堵一注”式顺层钻孔封孔新技术增加了钻孔周围煤体的强度,减少了钻孔的漏风量,提高瓦斯抽采浓度30%~40%,提高抽采流量0.015 m3/min,延长抽采期2个月以上.Aimed at such technical problems as poor sealing quality of boreholes for gas drainage,low drainage concentration,short period of effective drainage cycle and severe air leak in the later drainage period,the characteristics of borehole sealing by polyurethane and cement were studied,and a new"two sealing and one grouting"sealing technique of boreholes drilled aG long seam was proposed.Its basic principle and technological parameters were also described.MoG reover,the commercial test was carried out at E 8.9-20230 working face in No.10 Mine of PingG dingshan Tian'an Mining Co.,Ltd.The results showed that this new technique enhanced the strength of coal mass around the boreholes,decreased the amount of leaked air,increased the gas drainage concentration by 30%~40%,enhanced the drainage flow rate by 0.0015 m3/min,and prolonged the drainage period to over two months.
