摘 要:针对智能水电厂按IEC61850通讯规约统一各现地自动化系统和主站系统之间接口的需求,设计了一种符合IEC61850通讯规约的水情自动测报系统模型,基于此模型架构开发了61850服务端程序,实现了水情自动测报系统和主站系统的无缝对接,解决了水情自动测报系统的测量装置和主站系统之间因不具备以太网通道无法直接基于IEC61850规约进行通讯的问题,并实现了在主站系统对装置历史数据提取的功能。该模型及基于模型的服务端、客户端程序在两个水电厂智能化改造项目中得到了成功应用,在不改变原有水情自动测报系统基础架构与硬软件的基础上实现了系统向61850架构的平滑过渡。According to the requirement of unifying the interface between master station and all local automatic systems with IEC61850 communication protocol in intelligent hydropower plants, an lED model in accordance to IEC61850 for hydrological telemetry system is designed, and the 61850 server program based on this model structure is developed. This design achieves the seamless connection between master station and hydrological telemetry system and solves the problem of direct communication based on IEC61850 caused by no Ethernet between them. It can also achieve the function of calling logged data of device in master station. The model and the server and client programs have been successfully applied in the transformation of two hydropower projects without changing original structure framework and software and hardware of hydrological telemetry systerm.
