摘  要:在静态试验装置上以4种重油为原料,在反应温度为T±20℃、反应时间为2~120min的条件下,考察了反应温度和反应时间对减黏率和生成的重油中甲苯不溶物含量的影响。结果表明:对于同一种重油,在不同反应温度条件下,随着反应时间的延长,减黏率存在最大值;对于不同性质的重油,在操作条件较为缓和的情况下,其减黏效果区别较小,但提高操作条件的苛刻度后,其减黏效果区别较大,尤其是劣质重油的减黏率呈现快速降低趋势,表明胶体的稳定性遭到了破坏;提高反应温度和延长反应时间都对重油中甲苯不溶物的生成起促进作用。A series visbreaking experiments were carried out with four types of vacuum residues on LPEC static tester to investigate the effect of reaction temperature and time on the visbreaking ratio and the contents of C7 insolubles in visbroken residue oils. The results indicate that the visbreaking ratio va- ries with different residue oils under the same operating conditions and that there is a maximum vis- breaking ratio as the reaction time increases under the same reaction temperature for the same oil. Under mild reaction conditions, little difference of visbreaking results for different heavy oils is found. Howev- er, great changes are observed under severe operating conditions and the visbreaking ratio decreases sharply, showing the stable structures of resins in residue oils are destroyed. The contents of C7 insolu- bles in visbroken residue oils also vary significantly with reaction temperature and time.
