摘 要:采用凝胶溶胶法制备了富镁镁铝尖晶石型硫转移剂0.1Ce/MgAl1.8Fe0.2O4·MgO,重油微反评价结果表明,该硫转移剂具有良好的捕钒及保护FCC主催化剂的作用。对加入硫转移剂前后被钒污染的FCC催化剂的XRD谱图分析得知,硫转移剂能够减弱钒对FCC催化剂中分子筛的破坏程度,同时防止新物质莫来石的生成。V2O5与硫转移剂均匀混合物的差热测试结果表明,V2O5与硫转移剂中的MgO和CeO2相互作用生成了Mg3(VO4)2和Ce(VO4),从而将钒固定,验证了硫转移剂对FCC主催化剂保护的机理。在微型固定床反应器上评价了钒含量对硫转移剂脱硫-再生性能及物化性质的影响,当V2O5质量分数小于5%时,其脱硫效果稳定,再生性能良好,且晶相保存完好,但随着V2O5含量的增加,硫转移剂的比表面积降低。The 0.1Ce/MgAl1. 8 Fe0.2 O4 · MgO sulfur-transfer additive was prepared by acid-processed gelatin method. Vanadium trapping capacity of the additive was confirmed through heavy oil micro-reac- tor evaluation. The comparison of the XRD profile of the V-contaminated FCC catalyst before and after the addition of sulfur-transfer additive proves that the sulfur-transfer additive protect the zeolite in FCC catalyst from being destroyed and can restrain the generation of mullite at the same time. The DTA re- sults of the mixture of V2 O5 and sulfur-transfer show that it is the components in sulfur-transfer additive such as MgO and CeO2 that form the stable new compounds such as Mg3 (VO4) and Ce(VO4), which protect the FCC catalyst zeolite from damage. The influence of V2O5 content on DeSO, activity and the crystalline structure was also studied. It is found that the DeSOx activity and renewable performance re- mains stable and the crystalline phases intact when the content of V2O5 is under 5 %, while its surface area decreased and pore structure is changed slightly if the V2O5 is above 5 %.
