7例经皮射频姑息治疗肝癌致医院获得性急性肾功能衰竭患者的护理

摘　　要：总结7例肝癌经皮射频消融姑息治疗后发生医院获得性急性肾功能衰竭(急性肾衰)患者的护理。了解发生医院获得性急性肾衰的原因,针对原因给予相对应护理,包括术后出血的护理及术后低蛋白血症的护理;术后纠正肝功能,提高患者营养状态;给予充分利尿和水化,有效促进患者康复及降低医院获得性急性肾衰的发生。本组1例患者放弃治疗出院,其余6例通过积极治疗和护理,康复出院。This paper summarizes the nursing care of 7 liver cancer patients with hospital-acquired acute renal failure induced by percutaneousradiofrequency ablation. According to the reasons of hospital-acquiredacute renal failure,nursing measures included postoperative care of bleeding and hypoproteinemia,correction of liver function, nutritional support,adequate diuretic and hydration treatment. One patient gave up treatment and the other 6 patients recovered well after active treatment and nursing care.
