摘 要:文章对地铁车轮降噪措施选择进行了技术分析,综合考虑建议采用阻尼环措施。为了研究阻尼车轮的降噪效果,基于ISO 3095和ISO 3381,在北京某地铁线路对安装了阻尼车轮的新型100km/h地铁车辆进行了车内外噪声线路测试。测试结果表明,阻尼环对车内标准测点降噪效果不显著,对车外标准测点有约1dB的降噪效果,对转向架区域近场轮轨噪声有显著的降噪效果,最大降噪量可达18dB。The technical analysis is made on selection of noise reduction measures for metro wheels,and after comprehensive consideration,the measure to apply damping rings is suggested.In order to research the noise reduction effect of the damping wheels,on the basis of ISO 3095and ISO 3381,the on-track noise measurements inside and outside vehicles are made for the new type 100km/h metro vehicles mounted with damping wheels on certain metro line in Beijing.The measurement result shows that the effect of noise reduction inside vehicle by the damping ring is not obvious,and is about 1dB at the standard measurement points outside vehicle,however,the noise reduction effect is obvious on wheel-rail noise near the field of the bogies,and the maximum noise reduction can reach 18dB.
