藏药多刺绿绒蒿的化学成分研究

摘　　要：研究藏药多刺绿绒蒿的化学成分。利用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、ODS等色谱技术进行分离纯化，通过1H，13C-NMR等理化数据及与文献相对照进行结构鉴定，采用MTT法对部分化合物进行体外细胞毒活性评价。从多刺绿绒蒿的乙醇提取物中分离得到9个化合物，分别鉴定为马齿苋酰胺E（1），N-反式对羟基肉桂酰基-对羟基苯乙胺（2），金圣草黄素（3），芹菜素（4），大风子素（5），对羟基肉桂酸葡萄糖酯（6），stigmast-5-ene-3β-ylformate（7），3β-hydroxy-7α-ethoxy-24β-ethylcholest-5-ene（8），β-谷甾醇（9）。化合物6~8 为首次从该属中分离获得，1，3为首次从该种植物中分离得到。化合物1对人肝癌细胞系HepG2具有显著的细胞毒活性。A phytochemical investigation on the aerial parts of a Tibetan medicine Meconopsis horridula,by solvent extraction,repeated chromatographies on silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,and preparative TLC techniques,led to the isolation of 9 compounds. By spectroscopic analysis and comparison of its 1H and 13C-NMR data with those in literatures,their structures were identified as oleracein E（1）,N-（trans-p-coumaroyl）tyramine（2）,chrysoeriol（3）,apigenin（4）,hydnocarpin（5）,p-coumaric acid glucosyl ester（6）,stigmast-5-ene-3β-ylformate（7）,3β-hydroxy-7α-ethoxy-24β-ethylcholest-5-ene（8）,and β-sitosterol（9）,respectively,among which compounds 6-8 were isolated from the genus for the first time,and 1,3 were isolated from the species for the first time. A MTT method was applied to evaluate the cytotoxic activity of compounds 1-4 against the human hepatocellular liver carcinoma cell line（HepG2）,and compound 1 showed significant cytotoxicity against HepG2,with its inhibitory rate of 52.2% at 10 μmol·L-1.
