摘  要:目的优化土茯苓中总黄酮提取的最佳工艺条件。方法采用正交实验设计法,以总黄酮得率为指标,考察乙醇浓度、料液比、提取时间和提取温度4个提取因素的最佳水平。结果土茯苓总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为乙醇浓度为50%、料液比为1∶40(g:ml)、提取温度为55℃、提取时间为30 min,总黄酮得率为9.66%。结论该提取工艺简单可靠,合理可行,为土茯苓资源的充分利用提供了科学依据。Objective To optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids from the rhizome of Smilax glabra by orthogonal de- sign. Methods An orthogonal experimental design was employed, with total flavonoids extract ratio as an index, to optimize four extraction factors : ethanol concentration, solid - liquid ratio, extraction time and temperature. Results The optimum process con- ditions were ethanol concentration 50% (v/v) , solid - liquid ratio of 1:40 (g: ml) , extraction time of 30 min and extraction temperature of of 55℃, and extraction ratio of total flavonoids from Smilax glabra was 9.66%. Conclusion The extraction process is simple and reliable, reasonable and practicable, and it provides the experimental basis for full use of Smilax glabra re- Sources.
