摘  要:目的优选滇重楼中总黄酮的提取工艺。方法以芦丁为对照,在单因素试验的基础上以提取时间、提取次数、料液比为考察因素,以总黄酮转移率为指标,采用正交试验优选最佳提取工艺。结果最佳提取工艺为以甲醇为提取溶剂,回流提取2次,每次2 h,料液比为1∶60(g∶ml);总黄酮含量为0.096 5%。结论该提取工艺合理、经济、简便,适用于滇重楼中总黄酮的提取。Objective To select the best condition for extraction process of total flavonoids from Paris polyphylla vat. yunnanen- s/s. Methods The determination of total flavonoids was spectrometrieally carried out using rutin as the reference standard and tak- ing extraction time, extraction frequency, ratio of material to liquid as crucial extraction parameters on the basis of single factor experiment, the extraction process were optimized for maximizing the yield with orthogonal experiment. Results The optimal con- ditions were set as follows: methanol as the extraction solvent to reflux twice and 2 h each, solid -liquid ratio 1: 60 (g:ml) , re- sulting in a total flavonoids yield 0.096 5 %. Conclusion This extraction technology of flavonoids in Paris polyphylla var. yun- nanensis is reasonably, economical and feasible.
