摘  要:目的探讨补益药川明参对SD大鼠内分泌激素水平的影响。方法 SD大鼠连续4周灌胃给予5.5g/kg、11g/kg、22g/kg的川明参水煎液,采用酶联免疫法测定其血清醛固酮、胰岛素、血清游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)、睾酮(T)和雌激素(E2)的水平。结果川明参11g/kg、22g/kg剂量能显著降低大鼠游离甲状腺素(FT4)水平和雌性大鼠的血清睾酮水平。结论长期食用药食同源补益药川明参,可能会影响体内与能量代谢及生殖功能调控相关的部分内分泌激素水平。Objective To explore the effects of tonic Chuanminshen violaceum on the endocrine hormone level in SD rats . Meth- ods The SD rats from different groups had been consecutively given 5.5g/kg, 11 g/kg, and 22g/kg water extract of Chuanminshen violaceum separately for gavage for 4 weeks. Serum levels of aldosterone, insulin, free triiodothyronine ( FT3 ) , free thyroxine ( FT4), testosterone and estrogen were examined by ELISA . Results In comparison with control group, the 11 g/kg and 22g/kg dose of Chuanminshen violaceum significantly reduced free thyroxine (FT4) level and female rats testosterone level. Conclusion - Long- term consumption of food and medicine homologous tonic Chuanminshen violaceum may affect some part of the endocrine hormone level of energy metabolism and reproductive function regulation.
