摘  要:目的改进小青龙颗粒中麻黄、干姜、芍药、五味子、炙甘草的薄层鉴别方法。方法以盐酸麻黄碱、干姜、芍药苷、五味子乙素、甘草为对照分别对颗粒中的麻黄、干姜、芍药、五味子、炙甘草进行了薄层鉴别条件的研究。结果薄层色谱斑点清晰,重现性好,专属性好,阴性无干扰。结论改进后的方法较药典上的方法能达到更好的鉴别效果,可以采用该方法作为小青龙颗粒的薄层色谱鉴别方法。Objective To improve the TLC identification methods of ephedra herba, Rhizoma Zingiberis, Schisandra Chinensis Fruetus, Paeonia lactiflora, and Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata. Methods Study of TLC was performed on performed on ephedra herba, Rhizoma Zingiberis, Paeonia lactiflora, Schisandra chinensis Fructus, and Radix Glyeyrrhizae Preparata, with ephedrine hydrochloride, Rhizoma Zingiberis, paeoniflorin, schizandrin B, and glycyrrhizae as the control. Results TLC spots were clear, without interference and the method was of good reproducibility, good specificity. Conclusion The improved method was better compared with the standard method in the pharmacopoeia, and can be used as the TLC identification methods of Xiao Qing Long Particles.
