近红外光谱一致性检验及相关系数法快速鉴别南板蓝根真伪优劣

摘　　要：目的建立快速无损鉴别南板蓝根真伪优劣的近红外光谱技术鉴别模型。方法选取“一阶导数＋矢量归一化法”顸处理方法，在8998．6～5373cm^-1，4937．1～4023cm^-1波长范围内，建立一致性检验模型；选取“二阶导数化”预处理方法，在6200～5500cm^-1，5000～4700cm^-1波长范围内，建立相关系数模型，对南板蓝根真伪优劣进行快速无损鉴别。结果135批南板蓝根样品均在设定CI=4限度范围内，49批伪劣品均在设定CI=4限度范围外；建立的相关系数模型在限度为0．99时，可将伪劣品药材与正品南极蓝根区分。一致性检验模型和相关系数模型均可鉴别南板蓝根真伪优劣。结论近红外光谱技术快速简便、结果准确，适用于南板蓝根真伪优劣的快速鉴别。Objective To establish a rapid and non - destructive near infrared spectroscopy discriminant model to identify the genuine Baphicacanthis cusiae Rhizoma et Radix and its adulterants. Methods Selecting ＂the first derivative ＋ vector normaliza- tion＂ method of pre - treatment methods to establish a consistency test model based on the wavelength range from 8998.6 ~ 5373cm-1 and 4937.1 ~ 4023cm-1. Selecting the ＂second derivative＂ of the pre - treatment methods to create a model of the correlation coefficient method in the wavelength range of 6200 - 5500cm- 1 and 5000 ~ 4700cm- 1 for the fast and nondestructive identification on genuine Baphieacanthis cusiae Rhizoma et Radix and its adulterants. Results 135 Baphicacanthis cusiae Rhizoma et Radix samples were setting CI = 4 limits. 49 samples of shoddy goods in the set CI = 4 limits. Genuine and inferior Baphica- canthis cusiae. Rhizoma et Radix can be separated when established correlation coefficient model set limits 0.99. The consistency test model and correlation coefficient model can better identify the genuine and inferior Baphicacanthis Cusiae Rhizoma et Radix. Conclusion The method of near infrared spectroscopy is simple and accurate, which can be used as a rapid screening method to identify the genuine and inferior Baphicaeanthis eusiae Rhizoma et Radix.
