针药结合治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察针刺结合中药淫羊藿治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法选择年龄在50—70岁符合诊断标准的绝经后骨质疏松症患者30例，每日给予针刺治疗1次（三阴交双、肾俞双、脾俞双、大杼、命门），每次30min；并分别于早、中、晚口服淫羊霍胶囊各1粒（相当于生药1．6g／粒）。所有治疗10天为1个疗程，共3个疗程。分别采用改良的Kupper评分法和简明SF-36生存质量调查量表，评定针药结合对绝经后骨质疏松症患者症状体征和生存质量的改善作用。结果治疗后患者大部分临床症状均得到显著改善，Kupper指数亦明显下降，与治疗前相比有显著性差异（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）；在生存质量的8个指标中：生理功能（PF）、身体疼痛（BP）、总体健康（GH）、活力（VT）、社会功能（sF）、精神健康（MH）等与治疗前相比有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论针药结合能明显改善绝经后骨质疏松症患者临床症状及身心健康，提高绝经后女性生存质量，对绝经后骨质疏松症有良好的治疗作用。Objective To investigate the effects of acupuncture combined with herba epimedii for Postmenopausal osteoporosis. Methods 30 Postmenopausal osteoporosis patients 50 -70 years old were selected by certain diagnostic criteria. Each patient ac- cepted acupuncture treatment （ San yin jiao, Shen shu, Pi shu, Da zhu, Ming men） 30 minutes one time per day and one herba epi- medii capsule 3 times per day. 10 days treatments as a course, every patients accepted 3 courses. Access the improvements of symptoms and life quality of the patients by mproved Kupper Grade Points and Short Form 36 guestionnaire before and after treat- ments. Results Most symptoms of patients were improved after treatments and Kupper Grade Points were reduced significantly（P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. In the 8 Short Form 36 guestionnaire indexes ： Physiological Function, Body Pain, General Health, Vitali- ty, Social Function, Mental Health had significant differences compared with what before treatments（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion A- cupuncture combined with herba epimedii could improve the symptoms and life quality of the Postmenopausal osteoprosis patients significantly, had good therapeutical effects to Postmenopausal osteoprosis.
