摘　　要：细胞膜色谱法是近年来生物色谱技术在中药研究中的热点,该方法使中药效应成分的分离和筛选结合在一起,是研究中药复杂成分的有效筛选方法。该文概述了细胞膜色谱技术的原理及特点,综述了其在中药活性成分筛选中的应用现状,并探讨了细胞膜色谱技术在其发展中所面临的问题及对策。Cell membrane chromatography is a hot spot of biochromatography technology in the research of traditional Chinese medicines （TCMs） that can combine separation of bioactive ingredients with screening. It is an effective method of screening of the complicated components in TCMs. The principles, characteristics and application of CMC were summarized in this review. The possible problems and countermeasures faced when working with TCMs were also discussed.
