摘 要:采用三聚氰胺磷酸盐(MP)与硅改性酚醛(SPF)大分子成炭剂复合阻燃剂体系对滑石粉(Talc)填充尼龙6(PA6)进行阻燃,在最佳配方下获得了极限氧指数达28.3%,UL94垂直燃烧级别为V0(1.6 mm)的无卤阻燃复合材料。研究了阻燃剂与成炭剂配比及复合阻燃剂含量对材料阻燃性能的影响,通过TG分析和炭层强度测试研究了阻燃材料的成炭行为,对复合阻燃剂的协效机理进行了分析。另外,通过流变性能测试对SPF的润滑降黏作用进行了研究。结果表明:MP/SPF阻燃协同效应明显,可大幅提高成炭量和炭层强度;SPF可增加材料熔体流动性,改善其加工性能。Melamine phosphate/silicon-modified phenolic macromolecular carbon agent (MP/SPF) as a compound flame-retardant system,was employed to flame-retard talc-filled nylon 6 composite. The flame resistance tests indicated that the MP/SPF/PA composite with an optimized ratio achieved VO (1.6 mm) rating of UL94,28.3 % of Limited Oxygen Index. It was discussed that combustion properties of MP/SPF/PA could be influenced by the ratio and content of MP and SPF,and char yield behavior was investigated by thermo-gravimetric analysis and strength test for carbon layer,the synergistic mechanism was also studied. In addition,the lubrication and melt viscosity reducing effects of SPF were investigated by rheological properties test. The results showed that MP/SPF had an excellent synergistic effect,substantially increased the char content and strength. Moreover, SPF could increase the melt flow properties,which improved the processing performance.
