油、套管API圆螺纹配合间隙对其密封性的影响

摘　　要：油、套管API圆螺纹上扣后齿顶与齿底间存在间隙,各项螺纹参数的公差会影响间隙的大小,经过计算得出锥度的影响程度最大。齿顶与齿底配合间隙面积越大,油、套管API圆螺纹接头密封性越差。提高油、套管API圆螺纹接头密封性,可以采取科学控制螺纹参数、合理控制上扣扭矩和圈数、使用高密封性螺纹脂以及给螺纹镀层等方法。因此,建议对密封性要求较高的油气井使用特殊螺纹接头。There is a clearance between tooth crests and roots of API round thread of tubing and casing. The clearance is influenced by the tolerance of each parameter of the thread. The calculation result shows that the tolerance of taper has greatest influence among all parameters of the thread. The greater the clearance between tooth crests and roots is, the poorer the sealing performance of API round thread becomes. To improve the sealing performance of the API round thread of tubing and casing, the follow measures can be taken： scientifically controlling the thread parameters and the screwing-on toque and number, using e high-quality thread grease and coating on the thread. And it is suggested that special thread joint should be used for the oil/gas wells which require high sealing performance.
