摘　　要：《容斋随笔》具有极高的史料价值与学术价值。其取材广泛、简洁精要、重视考据的编纂体例值得我们认真学习;而其以时间为序,对材料不加分类的编排方法则是体例上的一个瑕疵,再版时应采取对现有目录重新分类、增加类目说明等策略予以规避。总之,其得其失对我们都有借鉴意义。RongZhai Essays has a very high historical value and academic value. Its stylistic rules and layout of compilation such as wide, concise, essential materials and more attention to textual research is worth serious-minded studying for us. But the layout method of merterials according to time and no any classifying is the defect of the style that should be managed to avoid by taking the strategy of reclassifying for existing directory and adding category description and so on. In short, the losing and getting are both reference for us today.
