摘　　要：目的建立黛蛤散中靛玉红含量的HPLC测定方法。方法采用HypersilC18柱（4．6mm×250mm，5μm）为色谱柱，流动相为甲醇-水（70：30），检测波长为292nm，柱温为30℃，流速为1mL·mi-1。结果靛玉红的进样量在0．01～0．20μg范围内线性关系良好，（r=0．9999），平均回收率为98．5％，（RSD=1．00％）。结论本方法可用于测定黛蛤散中靛玉红的含量，结果准确，重复性好。Objective To develop a HPLC method for determination of indirubin in Daige powders. Methods The optimum HPLC conditions were as follows： Hypersil C18 column （4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm）, methanol-water（70：30） as mobile phase, detection wavelength 292nm, column temperature 30℃, flow rate 1mL·min-1. Results There was good linearity between peak areas and injection quantity of indirubin within the range of 0.01-0.20μg（r=0.9999）.The average recovery was 98.5% for indirubin（tLSD=11.00%）. Conclusion The method can detect indirubin in Daige powders. The HPLC method is reasonable, stable and accurate.
