摘　　要：目的探讨不同前列腺特异抗原(PSA)水平组的前列腺组织中血管内皮生长因子C(VEGF-C)的表达有无差异,VEGF-C与PSA、前列腺体积等有无相关性等,为目前临床上常用的PSA分组方法提供依据或提出新的见解。方法收集本院2011年6月至2013年6月住院的前列腺增生症(BPH)患者150例,术前测定血清PSA值,根据总PSA(tPSA)及PSA比值(f/tPSA)分为5组,术后获取前列腺组织,用免疫组化法检测VEGF-C的表达情况。结果在全部组织中,VEGF-C阴性、弱阳性、阳性表达率分别为17.3%、55.3%和27.4%。各PSA组间表达差异有显著性意义,其表达水平与年龄无关,与前列腺体积、血清总PSA及PSA密度呈正相关。结论 VEGF-C可促进前列腺组织增生,从而促进血清PSA分泌,前列腺组织中VEGF-C的表达可作为预测前列腺术后复发及恶变几率的指标之一。Objective To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF-C） in different levels of serum prostate specific antigen （PSA）, and to explore the correlation between VEGF-C and PSA, and prostate volume. Methods A total of 150 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia （BPH） were divided into 5 groups according to the total PSA and PSA ratio. The expression of VEGF-C in the tissues after surgery was detected with immunohistochemistry. Results In all tissues, the rate of negative, weakly positive and positive VEGF-C expression was 18.3%, 53.6% and 28. 1%, with significant differences. The VEGF-C expression was correlated to prostate volume, total PSA and PSA density, but not to age. Conclusion VEGF-C can promote the hyperplasia of prostate tissue, thereby facilitating the secretion of PSA. As VEGF-C and PSA are positively correlated, the expression of VEGF-C after surgery can help to predict the recurrence and canceration of BPH.
