摘  要:研究了铸造用转移涂料的性能及涂料的转移方法。采用石墨粉作为耐火填料,凹凸棒土或膨润土作为悬浮剂,水玻璃作为粘结剂,水作为载液的涂料作为转移涂料用,较佳的配方为石墨粉40%,膨润土/凹凸棒土2%,水玻璃15%,有机酯2%。在涂料转移过程中,一种是直接用混有有机酯的涂料进行涂料转移,另一种是把未加有机酯的涂料混匀涂在铸型后再喷洒有机酯进行转移。实验结果表明,后一种方法转移效果较好。转移涂料与型砂之间的抗拉强度随有机酯加入量的增加而增加,且后一种方法转移涂料的抗拉强度更高。The properties of transfer coating for casting and transfer method were studied. A coating of taking graphite powder as refractory filler, attapulgite or bentonite as suspending agents, sodium silicate as binder, water as carrier liquid can be used as transfer coating. The optimum formula of the transfer coating is graphite powder of 40%, bentonite or attapulgite of 2%, sodium Silicate of 15%, organic esters of 2%. In the coating transfer process, one is directly transfer using the coating mixed with organic ester, and the other is spraying organic esters to transfer after the coating without organic esters to coated the mold. The experimental results show that the second transfer method is better. The tensile strength between transfer coating and sand increase with the increase of the amount of organic esters and the latter method is higher in tensile strength.
