摘　　要：针对采用砂型铸造高锡青铜镜存在的尺寸精度和表面光洁度不佳的问题,试验了石膏型熔模铸造高锡青铜镜工艺,并探讨了高锡青铜镜在石膏型熔模铸造中容易出现的缺陷及解决措施。结果表明,高锡青铜镜的铸造质量取决于多方面的因素,它对铜镜材质、工艺设计、蜡模制作、铸型制作及熔炼浇注等均有一定的工艺要求。In view of the problems of sand-mould casting process for high tin bronze mirror, such as poor size precision and surface smoothness, the gypsum investment casting process was tested. And the frequently occurring defects and their solutions in the gypsum investment casting for high tin bronze mirror were discussed. The results show that the casting quality of high tin bronze mirror depends on various factors, and the process has certain technical requirements for the mirror material, technological design, wax model production, mould production, melting and pouring.
