摘 要:根据相似原理,利用1∶4的水模型研究了某钢厂5流大间距中间包内钢液流动特性及夹杂物去除行为。实验结果表明:采用合理控流装置可以提高钢液在中间包内的停留时间,增加中间包内各流响应时间、峰值时间,减小各流响应时间、峰值时间差异性;随夹杂物颗粒的增大,夹杂物在中间包内的去除率显著提高,在中间包1流、5流靠近3流方向设置导流矮坝,可以增加中间包内非金属夹杂物的去除率,但效果不显著。Based on the similarity theory, a 1 : 4 water model was established to study fluid flow and inclusion removal behavior in a five-strand large spacing tundish. The experimental results show that the average residence time, the response time and peak time of each stream can be significantly increased while using a reasonable flow control device in tundish, the peak time difference of each strand can be reduced. The removal rate of inclusion increases with the increase of inclusions particle size in tundish; the lower dam closed the first and fifth outlet is benefit to increasing the removal of nonmetallic inclusions in tundish, but the effect is not significant.
