摘　　要：运用均衡凝固理论对制动毂浇注系统进行设计,通过合理的冷铁布置,促使铸件在使用较小冒口的情况下,实现自下而上的顺序凝固。同时运用华铸CAE软件对工艺方案进行分析,结果显示:整个工艺方案效果良好,浇注过程充型平稳,速度合理;铸件各部分实现了自下而上的凝固,铸件本体没有出现缩孔缩松缺陷。Using proportional solidification theory to design the gating system of brake drum. By reasonable arrangement of cold iron, and using small risers, the sequence solidification from below was realized. Useing InteCAST software to analyze the process scheme, the results show that the effect of whole process is good, the filling of pouring process is smooth, the speed is reasonable; the casting achieves a bottom-up solidification, and no shrinkage cavity and porosity defects appear in casting body.
