摘　　要：针对某钢厂Φ650 mm电极锭原浇注方案内部质量较差的问题,对电极锭浇注方案进行优化,利用有限元计算软件Procast对相应浇注方案下钢锭的内部质量进行了预测,最后得出了优化的浇注方案,即提高锭身浇注速度、降低冒口浇注速度。Aiming at the problem of the poor internal quality of ~650 mm electrode ingot, the electrode ingot casting process was optimized. The internal quality of ingot under corresponding casting solution was forecasted based on the software ProCast, and the optimized casting process was obtained finally. The optimized cases are increasing the casting speed of ingot and reducing the casting speed of riser.
