摘  要:[目的]为玉米(Zea mays L.)新品种新象938今后大面积推广及在玉米育种中的应用提供科学依据。[方法]介绍新象938的选育过程、特征特性以及高产栽培技术。[结果]新象938是铁岭市农业科学院以自选系铁9806U2作母本、铁3047作父本杂交选育而成的,该品种在辽宁省2008~2009年玉米区域试验和生产试验中表现突出,2009年底通过辽宁省农作物新品种审定委员会审定。[结论]新象938具有耐密植、高产、优质、高抗、广适性强等特点,具有广阔的应用前景。[ Objective] The aim was to provide a scientific basis for promotion in a large scale of the new cultivar Xinxiang 938 and its use in maize breeding in future. [ Method] The breeding process, characteristics, and cultivation techniques of Xinxiang 938 were introduced. [ Result] Xinxiang 938 bred by Tieling Institute of Agricultural Sciences choosing Tie 9806U2 as female and Tie 3047 as male, had outstanding performance in Liaoning Provincial maize regional test and production test in 2008 - 2009, and approved by Liaoning Provincial Committee ap- proval of new varieties of crops in 2009. [ Conclusion] Xinxiang 938 has characteristics of high-density-resistance, high yield, good quality, high resistance, and wide adaptability, so has broad application prospects.
